An exclusively British phenomenon where "people of the underclass" slap on designer sports gear, Burberry-like baseball caps and nasty gold jewellery, thinking that they're the mutt's nuts . In other words, people with no taste or fashion sense whatsoever. Check out the site of the same name, where you can send in your photos of unsuspecting chavs for other people to look at and laugh.
